Hiking Therapy
Hiking Therapy combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the calming, grounding effects of walking outdoors. Whether in a park, along a quiet trail, or through your favorite neighborhood, this approach offers a more relaxed and open environment for healing and self-discovery. Over the course of a two hour, “session” we will utilize the benefits of nature with the application and rigor of the clinical setting.
