Free 25 minute phone consultation

We begin by discussing your reason for coming to therapy. I will discuss avenues of treatment as I seek to better understand your needs. I will also answer any questions you have about the practice and logistics.

Psychotherapy

Individual Sessions

50 minutes of clinical psychotherapy conducted from the privacy of your home. During this time we may engage in talk therapy or in EMDR. $210

Couples Sessions

60 minutes for partners who wish to deepen their connection & resolve obstacles in their way. $225

EMDR Intensives

90 minute EMDR Intensive $325

Insurance

We are out of network with insurance companies and are cash pay only. However, we do provide a super-bill which you may submit to your insurance provider. For those with a PPO, providers typically reimburse 50-70 percent of the session cost.
